The iO panto yesterday went really rather well. Okay, so some lines were fluffed, some sound effects weren't there and some timing was wrong, but the watching from backstage (behind some semi-transparent green curtain), the audience generally seemed to enjoy the show and talking to people afterwards confirmed that. it was hard work, fairly stressful and scary, but it was worth it in the end (even if the Guardian didn't turn up after all).

Lots of photos were taken, but since I'm away home tomorrow, there's no way that I'll get a chance to sort through them and get them on the web before that. So January it is, then.

The Walrus Flat Christmas party went really well last night. There was a very good turnout and everybody did seem to enjoy themselves. People spent far too long engrossed by my digital photo collection; people fell asleep; nobody was sick and everybody was kicked out by about 0330. This was my final party before I go home for Christmas, so it was really a combined Christmas/Hogmanay party as far as I was concerned.

I've been really busy over the past few weeks practising for the iO panto this year. The script is fantastic and I'm really looking forward to it. We're getting it filmed by GUST who will also be doing a general piece on the society, as will Glasgow University Guardian. So no pressure then!
